The Music Row Duplex has been years in the making. Last week, we traveled to Nashville to mark its completion and to celebrate the city that made it possible. A 3,000-square-foot penthouse residence in the heart of downtown, the project became the natural centerpiece of the trip, as did the relationships that have shaped our work there over this time.

An Evening at the Music Row Duplex

To mark the occasion, we hosted an intimate cocktail gathering inside the residence, welcoming guests for an evening of conversation, private tours, and a first-hand experience of the home. Conceived around the rhythms of a music producer’s life, with a dramatic double-height living space, an expressive palette, and workspaces woven thoughtfully throughout, the project felt especially fitting to see animated with the energy of an evening like this.
