Cycladic Villa

The living room of this Mediterranean retreat embraces an Aegean-inspired palette of crisp whites and ocean blues, accented by vibrant pops of orange and red. A fresh, uplifting makeover introduced whitewashed walls, enhancing the room’s airy, sunlit ambiance. At the heart of the space, hangs an Andy Warhol print of Queen Elizabeth II, a nod to Andrew Sheinman’s homeland.

Custom-built seating, upholstered in sky blue with white piping, offers comfort and tailored sophistication while exposed walnut beams and bamboo slats infuse the villa with a warm, rustic charm. Le Corbusier’s Lampe de Marseille casts a soft glow over the seating area.

The hallway leading to the dining room showcases the home’s signature whitewashed stone walls and cool concrete floors, ensuring a comfortable environment amid the Grecian heat. Le Corbusier sconces line the walls, mirroring the lighting in the living room and adding cohesion to the space. Two sculptural metal chairs by Doug Meyer provide a contemporary and practical spot to slip off sandy shoes after a day by the sea.
