Salone del Mobile 2023 Highlights
As interior designers, attending the annual design festival Salone del Mobile in Milan is a must for staying on top of trends and innovations in the design world. It’s an opportunity to discover new products, connect with other designers, and find inspiration for our projects. We’ve rounded up a few exhibits that peaked our interest at the show.
Tacchini is an Italian furniture brand known for their sleek and contemporary designs. Their exhibit at Salone del Mobile showcased a range of pieces with bold colors, geometric shapes, and clean lines, with a focus on comfort and functionality. Tacchini’s furniture is made with sustainable materials and practices to reduce their environmental impact.
Ferroluce is an Italian lighting brand that specializes in handcrafted lamps and fixtures. Their collection at this year’s Salone del Mobile featured vintage-inspired designs that blended classic and modern elements. We loved their use of color and shape to create whimsically modern illuminated sculptures.
As a design collective that brings together a diverse group of designers, Alcova‘s exhibit in Milan featured conceptual installations that explored design, art, and technology. Their installations challenged conventional design and offered a fresh perspective on the relationship between art, functionality, and sustainability.
