The 115 East 79th Street lobby sets the stage for the refined living experience found in the exclusive residences above. Designed with an intimate, residential feel, the space evokes the warmth of a private library or salon with its sophisticated comfort. Lacquered wood paneling adds richness and depth, emphasizing luxurious natural materials. In a boutique building with just seven residences, the lobby’s welcoming yet elevated ambiance feels perfectly suited to its bespoke, high-end character.

We created a skylight to bathe the otherwise dark space in natural light, enhancing its welcoming ambiance. The serene, modern design of The Ritz Carlton Residences lobby offers a quiet retreat from the bustling streets of Boston. White oak paneling and neutral Taj Mahal stone create a soothing, natural ambiance, setting a tone of understated luxury. At the heart of the space, a striking 14-foot black marble fireplace serves as a dramatic focal point, grounding the room with warmth and elegance.
