Gretchen Kubiak serves as a Design Director at Pembrooke & Ives, where she guides a team of designers in implementing custom design aesthetics for each client. She employs a client-focused approach, developing creative visions that reflect each individual’s taste and lifestyle needs, and is particularly interested in exploring the concept of sustainability within the context of luxury design.

Prior to joining Pembrooke & Ives, Gretchen worked with some of today’s most reputable design firms such as the Rockwell Group and Morris Adjmi Architects, garnering nearly two decades of experience designing high end residential, commercial and hospitality interiors. Her work to date spans the globe from California and Mexico to the Middle East. Gretchen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Art History from Temple University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
