Erica Lerner serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Pembrooke & Ives, where she leverages over 15 years of leadership experience to guide the firm’s operational functions to ensure efficiency and strategic growth. Prior to joining Pembrooke & Ives, Erica began building her diverse skill set at Deloitte Tax, developing a unique blend of talents that includes corporate development, legal expertise and operational insight. She has successfully assisted numerous companies in navigating legal, financial and operational intricacies in order to sustainably grow their businesses.

Erica holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law; a joint degree with specialized coursework in Taxation from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law; and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Emory University.
