Brigitte Coleman studied at SCI-Arc where she earned her Masters in Architecture. She currently is a Design Director at Pembrooke & Ives, leading a team of fourteen designers to implement designs that meet the high standards of both residential and development clients. She believes listening to the client and the team, and observing the world around you, are some of the most important skills to being a successful designer. She aims to create spaces that feel effortless and elegant, grounded in the philosophy that the best designs are deceptively simple.

Prior to joining Pembrooke & Ives, Brigitte worked on hospitality projects at ICRAVE, Rockwell Group and Crème. She was an integral part of the design of Le District, a food hall in the Financial District, including the concept and design for L’Appart, a Michelin star restaurant.
