Rising to New Heights: South Flagler House Tops Out at 28 Stories
We are proud to share that South Flagler House, a new private members’ club in West Palm Beach, will officially top out at 28 stories this Thursday. It’s an exciting milestone achieved just one year after vertical construction began. The project is spearheaded by Related Companies with architecture by the esteemed firm Robert A.M. Stern Architects. A private ceremony commemorating this special moment will be hosted by Related Ross.
Also debuting this week is the new Related Ross Residential Experience Center and Sales Gallery designed by Pembrooke & Ives. The space showcases our signature design sensibility, with elegant finishes and coastal inspiration. This opening marks a meaningful step forward for our team and collaborators, ushering in the next chapter for South Flagler House as we look ahead to the project’s completion.
South Flagler House stands as the pinnacle of luxury residential architecture, with limestone façades, grand terraces, and elegant proportions inspired by historic Palm Beach estates. The two majestic, limestone-clad buildings offer 50,000 square feet of thoughtfully programmed amenities designed to promote wellness, relaxation, and elevated social living. Our goal is to provide residents with an active and invigorating lifestyle right at home. Understanding that our clients expect a truly elevated experience, we prioritized state-of-the-art facilities throughout the program. Highlights include a dedicated indoor pickleball court finished with a calming neutral palette and sweeping views, a putting lounge and golf simulation room where residents can hone their techniques, and a fitness center that rivals premier luxury gyms.
