Whether you’re a seasoned mixologist or simply enjoy hosting friends and family, a well-designed custom home bar adds both style and functionality to your living space. Beyond just serving drinks, it becomes a focal point for entertainment, a reflection of your personal taste, and a gathering spot that elevates the ambiance of your home. We’ve pulled together a few of our custom home bar designs to show an array of styles and features.

Red Mountain

The grand, open bar of our Red Mountain project is designed to emphasize the surrounding landscape of the home as its focal point: the picturesque Aspen Mountains. The space takes palette inspiration from the scenery using a light stone with heavy veining and dark wood tones. The rectilinear geometry of the bar is softened by the organic shapes of the leather seating to create an inviting and central gathering space for guests.

Glamour on Park

Set in a high-contrast room of black, white, and grey shades, the Glamour on Park project in New York City offers drama with an ultra-luxe aesthetic. The home bar centers around textures of hammered metal panels, black stone countertops, high-gloss lacquer surfaces, and leather upholstery. The surfaces of the space feel smart and sophisticated, coming together cohesively as an extension of a plush living room.

Townhouse

A hidden gem within our Townhouse project, the home bar is set back behind double glass doors. The deeply saturated teal lacquered walls and cabinetry paired with the marble backsplash and illuminated polished chrome shelving makes for a unique ‘wow’ moment.

Tribeca Loft

The home bar in our Tribeca Loft project is a custom unit built for added storage and easy entertaining. Integrated refrigeration, ice maker, and barware cabinets create a one-stop shop for mixing any beverage. The design features dark wood millwork and light stone countertop with a mirror behind illuminated shelving. A black stone frames the bar, creating for a beautiful focal point in the open-plan living room.

Tonal Palette on Park

Within the dining room of the Tonal Palette on Park project in New York, the home bar is integrated into a niche to take full advantage of the available space. The floating polished chrome shelves hung against a mirrored backdrop create a more expansive feel for the space. The cabinet below features a custom inset metal surround detail complemented by polished chrome and acrylic cabinet hardware. The result is a clean, luxe design.

Uptown Penthouse

Our Uptown Penthouse project showcases warm, neutral tones and luxurious material palettes throughout the triplex. The home bar is no different. As an integrated unit set within the open-plan living and dining room, the bar features a beautiful heavily-veined stone back wall and countertop with warm brown and grey tones. Simple and clean millwork cabinetry and clear glass shelving let the stone shine as the focus of the nook. The bar is complete with a small sink and plenty of storage for entertaining, or it can be completely concealed behind pocketed doors.
